Whatsapp Guidelines
- Once signed up, members will be added to the Home-Coming (HC) choir WhatsApp group.
- The WhatsApp group is intended to allow HC choir members to chat, keep in touch and share details of their own creative projects etc., within the group.
- Members are expected to adhere to the rules safeguarding the WhatsApp group.
- Nothing from the WhatsApp group is to be shared outside of it without the consent of the Whatsapp group Administrators. This includes but is not limited to forwarding videos/photos, messages, taking screenshots etc., and the sharing of photos or videos online without consent of the Whatsapp group Administrators.
- Joining the WhatsApp group does not give members permission to contact other members directly through WhatsApp, by text or phone without their consent.
- Any breach of these Safeguarding measures may result in removal from the WhatsApp group and depending on the severity of the situation, may also result in removal from the HC choir.
- If removed from the HC choir, offending members will not be in any way compensated.
